No, I am not a developer. While I am certified in HTML and CSS when someone says “developer” they generally mean someone who is a programmer engaged in the coding (front-end & back-end) of websites and apps. That requires using programming languages and frameworks such as JavaScript, PHP, SQL, Java, Swift, React, Pearl, Ruby, and so on. Development is outside of my wheelhouse.
