After creating their main Datafiniti web crawler website, the client came back to Bill and I to create a second site for a stand-alone web-crawler product, 80legs. The two businesses feature similar technology, but cater to different audiences, so the sites are visually different from each other in order to best speak to their respective audience.

Multiple unique page layouts

Most websites are multi-purpose, providing users with a variety of different functions and displaying a range of content on one single site. To accomplish these diverse objectives, several unique page layouts are designed.

Responsive Design for multiple screen sizes

Responsive sites adapt to different devices, providing an optimal experience for every user and eliminating the need for separate desktop and mobile sites.

Mobile-specific menus

Mobile users not only navigate a site differently than desktop users, they also often access different content on the site. Therefore, it’s essential to design a custom menu for mobile users, based on their distinct needs.

Built-in color overlays

Gradient color overlays for hero images are built-in to the site, allowing site editors to simply upload any normal photo without the need to do time-consuming color correction in Photoshop.
